At Hollins Court Farm, we pride ourselves on our excellent livery facilities situated in 33 acres of beautiful Gloucestershire countryside with access to the famous Pauntley cross-country course and a plethora of bridleways suited for all abilities.

We provide a range of services from full hunter/competition livery, part-livery and some DIY livery. We also accomodate horses over holiday periods, from 1 day to several weeks and have a retirement home for horses.

Our showjumper, Nibeley Bits & Pieces, also stands here at stud.

Stud & Young Stock

Nibeley Bits and Pieces is an eight year old skewbald (bay and white) stallion, by Irco Lhee and Nibeley Sirabi, bred by Mr and Mrs B Eley (see links).

He is a wonderful showjumper and in addition has successful outings showing and dressage.

A super looking horse with outstanding temperament, an absolute pleasure to work with.

His first crop of foals (2008) were all born healthy, strong and Vigorous (see young stock)

Retirement Homes For Horses

We are proud to provide retirement homes for horses and to be here to care for them once they have retired.

These are Holly and Tassie who are 30yrs and 24 yrs (Mother and Daughter) who are enjoying their retirement, in good health and have pleasant surroundings.

Dentistry

Jamie Martin, an equine dentist with five years experience, trained in Virginia USA with Dr Raymond Hyde and worked in this country with Toby Lee, before starting Equus Dentistry.
Jamie has customers from the Midlands down to the South West. Jamie was also a keen point to point jockey and has worked in several racing yards when he was younger, a keen student at Hartpury
College has gained many qualifications in stud and agricultural management.

Pauline Martin A BHSAI with twenty five years of owning and caring for horses, Pauline instructs regularly, privately and for pony and riding clubs. She has considerable competition experience
having trained and ridden her own point to pointer and has competed in British Eventing and Dressage.  Pauline also has considerable experience in the rearing and breaking of young horses.

Pauline and Jamie work as a team with the comfort and care of their own and livery horses a priority.

About us

Hollins Court Farm is owned by Pauline and Jamie and is a friendly and professional yard based at Brand Green, between Newent and Gloucester with access to the famous Pauntley cross-country course and many beautiful bridleways suited to differing abilities.

The farm covers 33 acres and is dedicated to horses. Extensive updating of the farm has taken place in the last 12 months, including the installation of an all-weather manege measuring 60m x 25m, with a 25m wall of mirrors enabling you to perfect your riding technique. We are fully insured for public liability.

There are currently 25 loose boxes of varying sizes, lockable tack rooms, tack cleaning and washing facilities and a rug room.

We make our own hay and both hay and straw are readily available for the horses.

We live on-site and check the general health and well-being of all horses here, irrespective of the type of livery purchased.

Pauline is a BHSAI and has over 25 years experience of keeping horses. Jamie is an equine dental technician who is also available for dentristry needs.
